Before proceeding with the submission of your personal information and identification documents for Self Check-in, we kindly ask you to carefully read the following general terms and conditions related to your stay at La Vela Pescara:

1. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

2. Access Mode
Access to the property is fully automated, via Self Check-in.

Completing the online check-in, including the submission of identification documents, is mandatory to receive access instructions.

3. Property Rules and Information
Breakfast service is not provided.

Pets are not allowed.

Quiet hours must be respected from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

It is not permitted to host individuals not included in the reservation.
Any unauthorized guests will result in additional charges.

At the end of the stay, any missing items or damages found within the property will be charged to the guest, based on their value. We trust in your care and respect for the spaces provided.

4. Personal Data Processing
The personal data and documents provided will be processed by La Vela Pescara solely for the purposes of registration with the competent authorities (e.g., Pescara Police Headquarters) and for the proper management of your stay, in full compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
